We know that picking up the phone to Relate can seem like a big step – that’s why we are making it easier to get the information and support you need with everyday worries. On our website you can find help if you are working too hard and you have no time for your partner; everything you need to know about parenting; coping with affairs and divorce and how to make small changes to keep you, your partner and your family happy and well.

Every year we help nearly 150,000 people of all ages with these everyday health questions at 600 locations as well as by phone, online and via SMS text. It’s really easy to call us from work, from home, or on your mobile to make an appointment, get some advice or talk through your options. You can reach us in any of the following simple ways:

  • Call 0300 100 1234 to arrange an appointment to see a counsellor at a Relate centre near you, or to arrange a telephone counselling appointment
  • Family Mapping – Relate’s new free online visualisation tool to see your relationship with other people, and help you to make changes.
