High blood pressure – or as doctors call it, hypertension – is a very common health condition which affects both men and women of all ages.

Whether you’ve just been diagnosed with high blood pressure, or you’ve been living with the condition for some time, you’re probably concerned about how it’s going to affect you in future.

Well, the outlook is very good. Doctors have some very effective treatments that they can give for high blood pressure – and there’s lots that you can do for yourself, too, to keep your blood pressure under control.
